Reflection on Body and Mind

What we call 'body' is a series of intermittent sensations. What we call 'mind' is a series of experiences. Consciousness illumines both. When attention is habitually directed to gross sensations, we reify 'body' and believe it creates a localized phenomenon called consciousness.
