Healthcare should serve health, not the other way around!

So many of the healthcare posts I see are echo chambers of good intention within closed walls, sprinkled with the fragrant spices of innovation and leadership.

But healthcare lives within the greater ocean of health. We have to look at healthcare not from within the walls of its own room, but after stepping outside and seeing through the window of health. Otherwise, healthcare is serving healthcare–not health, which is what patients really want!
